I'm glad to see that the kids who did the harrassing are being prosecuted, and also feel that their parents should also be charged. I would actually prefer seeing the PARENTS be prosecuted INSTEAD of the children!! As others have pointed out, these girls didn't buy Synthroid just come up with this behavior on their own, they either were taught that this was ok behavior or observed it from their parents. Which means, to me anyway, that their parents were every bit as much to blame as these kids were! And spare me the "Well, I don't know how they are when they are away from my Synthroid 25mcg sight". BS!! And if any parent truly believes that, then they need to be charged with neglect! Because it means they are not involved with their children. And other adults do need to step in when necessary. It takes a village to raise a child. Facebook, Twitter, My space,etc. So now a bully can harrass you before, during, and after school. On the weekends, holidays, etc. When I was growing up it was usually only during school hours. And to the person who said defend yourself and it will stop, alot of kids are not born fighters and by nature and/or genetics some are not strong enough, physically or emotionally. At some point in our academic years most of us have experienced bullying to a certain degree, but not on a level such as this. In my case I put up with bullies for most of elementary school.
